my room smelled damp. the wardrobe door didn't close properly. i found hairs in the shower it wasn't great. the breakfast buffet was a total mess too many people and not enough staff. it felt more like a cheap canteen than a fancy hotel. i really think this hotel needs to get their act together because i don't think i will be back.

the breakfast really let me down. i ordered an omelet from the egg station, he told me to sit, it will be brought to my table. the waitress delivered it within seconds. the omelet was cold and tasted old. even worse, it tasted spoiled. the cook just laughed and offered to make a new one. also the green salad smelled sour. i think that the staff aren't trained well. it ruined my whole vacation.

the hotel grounds are beautiful. the pools are superb and there is direct beach access from the hotel. the complimentary breakfast was awesome. i enjoyed the variety of dishes to choose from each morning. the premiere room had a pool and garden view. the staff kept the outdoor areas super clean. the location is close to the airport. a paved path offers miles of nice walks along the waterfront.

the premier rooms are very small for three people. the wardrobe is actually located in the bathroom. this made storing luggage difficult since there was no dedicated space and bags had to be placed next to the toilet.

the hotel has multiple pools. i noticed a large main pool, a lagoon-style pool with access from rooms, and a separate kids' pool, giving families a variety of options for swimming and relaxation. they are all well-kept and clean.
